Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, and personal care items such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
